Temozolomide Plus Radiation for GBM Improves OS in Older Patients

Overall survival (OS) is improved when temozolomide is added to hypofractionated radiation for first-line treatment of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) in older patients, according to data from a multinational Phase III trial.
