Dalantercept-Axitinib Combo Shows Promise for RCC

The combination of axitinib (Inlyta, Pfizer) and dalantercept, an activin receptor–like kinase 1 (ALK1) signaling inhibitor, led to an overall response in 25% of patients with renal cell carcinoma.
