Lynparza Approved to Treat BRCA-Mutated Metastatic Breast Cancer

The FDA expanded the approved use of olaparib (Lynparza, AstraZeneca) to include the treatment of patients with HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer (MBC) whose tumors have a BRCA mutation and who have been previously treated with chemotherapy, and endocrine therapy if appropriate.
