The CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) published its updated recommendations for vaccination against HPV, with catch-up vaccination now recommended for everyone up to 26 years of age.
The routine recommendation of vaccination among all people at 11 or 12 years of age is unchanged (MMWR Morb Mortal Wkly Rep 2019;68[32]:698-702).“HPV vaccination is a normal part of adolescent immunization now,” said Elissa Meites, MD, a senior medical epidemiologist at the
