Meta-analysis Bolsters Use of CTCs in Prognostics of Breast Cancer

The number of CTCs is prognostic of OS, distant disease–free survival and locoregional relapse–free interval in patients with early breast cancer treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy, according to a meta-analysis of data involving 2,156 patients from 21 studies.
