SR0915 - Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma: Early Diagnosis and Optimal Management Strategies - CTCLs are the largest group of cutaneous lymphomas, accounting for approximately 80% of skin lymphoma cases. During the past 30 years, the incidence of CTCL has increased significantly. Because of its varying clinical and histologic expressions and unpredictable progression, CTCL is difficult to diagnose and treat. It is crucial that clinicians understand the current classification of CTCLs; guidelines for diagnosis and staging of this group of lymphomas; approaches to the optimal management of CTCLs, including current therapies and newer agents in clinical development; and strategies for dealing with adverse events associated with CTCL therapy.
